Importing and exporting Kyvos objects and semantic model metadata

You can import Kyvos objects into Kyvos. Your account must have read access rights to import the data.

A Kyvos object may consist of users, groups, roles, files, datasets, relationships, semantic models, aggregates, workbooks, or templates, all stored in a cab file. 

• From the source environment, export data to a cab file and then import data from a cab file to the target environment.

• You can export objects as well as semantic model metadata. Your account must have write access rights to export the data.

• Additionally, you can export data from workbooks. See Importing and exporting data.

• You can also import LDAP accounts.
