After logging into the Kyvos SaaS Dashboard portal, the dashboard page is displayed. In this section, you will learn about the components of the Kyvos SaaS Dashboard.

The Kyvos SaaS Dashboard is divided into two panes. The left panel is the Navigation pane, which gives access to the application's various features. The corresponding details are displayed in the right pane.

You can view cluster-related information using the icons provided at the top-left of the page.

Open	Toolbox	The Kyvos SaaS Portal’s menu bar provides a structured and intuitive way to access various application functionalities, making it easier to find and use. Clicking the Menu Toolbox will display the following menu items: Home: Displays summary of subscriptions and cluster details that the account owners create. In the Subscriptions section, the name of the subscription and current balance are displayed. To access more information about a particular subscription with the current balance, click the Actions menu (…) and then click Go to Subscription on the subscription tile. From there, you can navigate to the subscription and view additional details. In the Clusters section, you can view the following details: Cluster: Displays the name that you specify when creating a cluster. Subscription: Displays the subscription name you selected when creating a cluster. The current state of the cluster. Cost Analysis: Generates reports that overview the created clusters cost consumption/cost analysis and their respective subscriptions. Subscriptions: Creates subscription and displays details of the selected subscription. In this section, you can Add funds to that subscription. View cost details for the three months. View the transaction history for the selected subscription. Overview of the clusters created in the particular/selected subscription Clusters: Displays cluster details and performs functionalities, namely creating, viewing, deleting, starting/stopping, cost analysis of the particular cluster, and viewing history for any cluster. Users: Displays details of all invited users and the subscriptions assigned to them.
Open	Kyvos Account Name	This is a unique Kyvos Account name generated for account owners.
Open	User menu	Log out: Click this option to exit from the application. For details, see the Signing out of the Kyvos SaaS Portal section. Dynamic time zone: The time zone based on user’s location will be displayed.

Dynamic Time Zone Feature

1. Time Zone Detection: The application detects the user's time zone based on their device settings or IP address. This ensures that all time-related data is relevant to the user's local time.

2. Dynamic Time Conversion: Once the user's time zone is identified, the application converts all time values to the user's local time. This includes timestamps for cluster creation timings, audit logs, transactions, and any other time-sensitive information.

3. Real-Time Updates: The application continuously monitors the user's time zone. If the user travels to a different time zone, the application automatically updates the time values to reflect the new local time based on user’s device.

By displaying all times in the user's local time zone, the application provides a seamless and intuitive experience. Users do not need to manually convert times, reducing confusion and errors.
