Modify User and Role

You can modify all user details except the username.

1. Select the user under the organization and update the changes.

You can modify all role details except the role name.

1. Select the role under the organization and update the changes.

Delete User and Role

To delete a user or role,

1. Select the user or role under the organization.

2. Click the Actions menu.

3. Click the Delete button.

4. A confirmation dialog will appear. Click OK to permanently delete the entity.

Suspend User or Role

When you suspend a user, the user cannot log into the application. When you suspend a role, all the system privileges available to the users through this role will not be available.

To suspend a user or role,

• Select the user or role under the organization.

• Select the Suspend User checkbox from the user or role configuration pane.

• Save the changes.

User Authentication

If authentication is set as External Application or Host Application and no User Mapping is performed, a red dot will appear before its name.
