Conversational analytics using AI Space
This section explains how to perform conversational analytics in Kyvos using AI Space (recommended), enabling users to ask natural-language questions across multiple semantic models and receive insights. It outlines requirements, interaction patterns, and steps to initiate an AI Space conversation, empowering flexible data exploration and analysis without needing specialized technical skills.

To start conversation analytics using the AI space, perform the following steps.
To select the required AI space, click the list and select the AI Space button. The latest created and used AI Space is displayed in the list.
The predefined questions related to the selected AI Space are displayed. Clicking on these questions instantly generates the answers, further streamlining your analysis.
Alternatively, to add a query manually, enter your query in the input box and click the Submit Query button ().
To change the AI Space, click the Select Source Icon (), and then click … More to change the AI Space. The Change AI Space dialog is displayed. Select the required AI Space and click Change.
To modify your input visualization according to your business requirement, use the additional options.
To save your chat session click Save. The Save dialog box is displayed.
Click Add Workbook. The Add Workbook in ROOT dialog box is displayed. By default, the workbook is added to the Root folder. You can also add a new folder to save your chat session instead of saving it in the Root folder.
To create a copy of the chat session, click the Save as option to save the chat.
Click Actions menu (…) and perform the on-screen actions.
Add // to start a new conversation.

To modify your input visualization according to your business requirement, select the following from the list:
View the selected AI Space objects
Select the Default AI space
Define metadata for the AI Space
Expand or collapse the Visualization and Key Insights.
Click the Actions menu (…) next to the Save button and perform the following actions:
Set as landing page
Clear chat
