Sharing chat sessions
This section explains how to share chat sessions in Kyvos Dialogs, including options for generating shareable links, controlling access permissions, and distributing conversational analytics results. It outlines the user interface actions required to shar access, enabling collaboration and the distribution of insights across teams without exposing raw data.

You can share the saved chats via emails, link, and grant access to any user or group you want to allow to use the saved chat session. You can also view email histories of the chat you shared via email.
To share the chat session link, perform the following steps.
Click the Actions menu (…) located at the left of the page, place the mouse cursor at the Share list and then select the via Link option.
The Share Chat Session dialog is displayed.Copy the link of the chat session and share it.
Important
To open the link of the chat session, you must have access rights.
To grant access rights to share the link of the chat session link, click the Grant Access option. For more information about granting access, see the Sharing an object.
Viewing email histories
You can view the chats that you have shared via email. You can also apply filters to view your email history.
