How Dialogs Bot works with Microsoft Teams
When you send a message in Microsoft Teams:
The user is authenticated using Single Sign-On (SSO) and an access token is generated. For detailed information on the SSO flow, refer to the official Microsoft documentation.
The Azure Bot Service authenticates the request and routes the message to the Dialogs Bot Server.
The Dialogs Bot Server, hosted in parallel to a Kyvos Server, must be accessible from the Microsoft Teams application over HTTPS.
The Dialogs Bot Server processes the request and retrieves key insights from the configured Kyvos Server.
The generated key insights are then returned directly to the user in Microsoft Teams.
