Replication Information for Cross-Region Disaster Recovery
This section explains how to provide and validate replication details in Kyvos Manager for cross-region disaster recovery, enabling administrators to configure replica resources in cloud environments (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP) so that Kyvos data and repositories can be replicated and used for disaster recovery.
You can provide the replication details configured in your cloud environment for disaster recovery purposes.
For all clouds, you can select available cloud resources if the attached role has the required permissions. Without these permissions, the text box is displayed, and you need to manually enter all details.
To specify replication information for cross-region disaster recovery, perform the following steps.
On the navigation pane, click Utilities > Replication Information.
On the page, enter the required cloud details.
After entering the details, click Validate to test the replication details. This validation ensures that the provided resources are valid réplicas of the currently active cluster data resources.
