Configuring Dialogs Bot as a Service in Kyvos Manager
Overview
Kyvos now supports configuring Dialogs Bot as a service through Kyvos Manager (KM) post-deployment. This capability allows users to add and manage the Dialogs Bot directly from the Kyvos Manager.
Once added, the Dialogs Bot service is managed in the same way as other Kyvos services, providing a unified service management experience within the platform.
Key Capabilities
With this enhancement, users can:
Add the Kyvos Dialogs Bot service directly from Kyvos Manager
Manage the service lifecycle through Kyvos Manager
Start and stop the service as required
Access service logs for monitoring and troubleshooting
Configure High Availability (HA) settings
View and manage service configuration properties
Managing Dialogs Bot Service
After the Dialogs Bot service is added through Kyvos Manager, you can manage it similarly to other services within the Kyvos platform.
Important
Before configuring the Dialogs Bot from Kyvos Manager, ensure that the Kyvos Dialogs service is already added and configured in Kyvos Manager.
For any issues or troubleshooting, logs are generated in the
logsfolder under thedialogsbotdirectory.
Kyvos Manager provides the following management capabilities:
Adding Dialogs Bot Service
You can add or remove Dialogs bot from Nodes and Services page.
Node Services Management
You can perform standard node service actions such as:
Starting the Dialogs Bot service
Stopping the Dialogs Bot service
Restarting the service if required
Log Access
Service logs can be accessed through Kyvos Manager to assist with monitoring, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
High Availability (HA) Configuration
Dialogs Bot supports High Availability (HA) configuration, allowing administrators to configure service redundancy to improve reliability and fault tolerance.
Configuration Management
If the service is deployed, the configuration properties of Dialogs Bot can be viewed and managed directly through the Kyvos Manager from the Kyvos Properties.
