Managing Entities
Overview
In Kyvos, entities are core assets such as datasets, relationships, semantic models, AI Spaces, or workbooks that users create and manage. Ownership of an entity determines who has administrative control and can modify access and permissions.
The Manage Entities utility enables Kyvos Admin users to manage and reassign ownership of entities. When ownership is reassigned, the new owner can manage permissions on the entity.
Note
Only Kyvos Admin users can change ownership of entities using the Manage Entities utility.
