Parameter Value Groups

Parameter Value Groups

Applies to: Kyvos Reporting

Some reports may require users to provide multiple values at run time—for example, selecting several countries. Selecting from a long list manually each time may be time-consuming and error-prone.

To simplify this, users with administrative rights can create Parameter Value Groups. These are predefined sets of parameter values grouped under a meaningful name (such as Asia, Europe, or North America). Users can then select a group instead of individual values during report execution.

Accessing Parameter Value Groups

You can access the Parameter Value Groups page from:

  • Navigate > Design > Parameter Value Groups

  • Navigate > Repository > Report Objects > Parameter Value Groups

  • Explorer > Category > Parameter Object: Right-click the desired Parameter Object and select Create Parameter Value Groups
