Saving the Form

Applies to: Kyvos Reporting


You can save parameter forms for reuse in future report runs. Saved forms appear on the Filter Data screen when selecting parameters.

Enable Parameter Form Saving

  1. On the Kyvos Reporting home screen, go to Navigate > Administration > Configure > Portal Menu.

  2. In Portal Properties, locate Parameter Form settings.

  3. Select the Allow Parameter Form checkbox.

  4. Save the changes.

This ensures that any parameter form created while setting up parameters can be saved.

Saving a Parameter Form

At any point during report design, after selecting parameter values, you can save them as a form.

Steps

  1. Specify a name in the Save as box.

  2. Select Apply.

The saved form stores the selected parameter values for reuse.

Loading a Parameter Form

When you load a saved form, the parameters stored in that form appear preselected.

Steps

  1. From the Select Form drop-down list, select the form you want to load.

  2. Select Apply.
