Modifying visualizations and key insights

The images for the Kyvos Dialogs Desktop application and web application may vary.
The ‘Save and Refine’ option to save feedback for the ‘revised' conversations using the ‘edit’ or 'resubmit’ option will not be available.
You can modify your input visualization to suit your business requirements.
On the Kyvos Dialogs page, you can do the following.
To obtain information beyond business-related topics, you can type commands or questions about the semantic model, tips, or other subjects.

To apply the data formatting (units) for SQL calculated fields, type your question in the text box.
To modify your question, click the Edit, Re-submit or Copy to Clipboard icons (
) that appears next to the question.
When you edit or resubmit the conversation, the subsequent conversations will not be automatically removed. Instead, a confirmation box appears to confirm to remove or keep the conversation.
To obtain a new list of questions related to the selected semantic model, click the Refresh button ( ). The new list of questions will be displayed.
To copy the summary of the answer, click the Copy Summary icon (
).
To update the summary, click the Rephrase link.
Click the three dots' Actions menu (
⋮),To modify the title of the answer, click the Edit Title option (
).
To maximize or minimize the visualization, click the Maximize Visualization option. Similarly, you can minimize using the () button.
To save the chat to a specific point, click the Save As Up to Here as New Chat option.
To view the semantic model details, click the Show Info option. The info dialog is displayed. You can also click the Edit SQL Query link to change the semantic model in the SQL editor. Click Apply. The data changes will reflect on the Dialogs page.
To export the visualization in an image or a CSV file, click the Export option.
To pin the visualization, click the Pin option.
To adjust the visualization settings—such as view type, color scheme, and input template—click Show Viz Properties.

The available options will vary depending on the type of question and the chosen view format for the data input. For more information, see the Working with Charts section.
To provide key insights instructions, define summary instructions on the AI Settings page.
To expand or collapse visualizations and key insights, go to chat settings.
You can view log trails of query execution. During query execution, you can view a short update message indicating the step performed at back end. On click of the message, you can view an action message explaining what action was performed in the Activities panel. When the query execution is complete, you can see all action messages in query processing steps.
The Activities pane is displayed.
To view activities for each query, click the Activity Center button (). The Activities pane is displayed. You can track all activities in this pane. You can also edit the SQL query as needed. The data changes will reflect on the Dialogs page.
