Report Collaboration

Kyvos Reporting allows users to collaborate on published reports by viewing and adding comments. Comments help reviewers and stakeholders provide feedback before a report is publicly available or for post-publication discussions.
Viewing and Commenting on Reports
Open a Published Report
Users can open published reports in HTML Viewer to view or comment. If a report requires approval before publication, it appears in your Pending Reports list. From this list, you can:
Open the report
View or add comments
Approve or reject the report (if authorized)
Access Rights
Users with Run and Publish rights on a report or category can add comments.
When adding a comment, you can select users who will be allowed to view that comment.

Adding Comments
To add a comment:
Open the report in HTML Viewer.
Click the Add Comment button.
In the Add Comment dialog box:
Type your comment.
Use the Visible To dropdown to select users who can view the comment.
Click Publish to save the comment.
Note
Comments are stored with the report output. Ensure you select the right visibility for sensitive content.
Viewing Comments on a Published Report
To view comments:
From the Explorer, navigate to the report folder.
Right-click the report and select List Published Outputs.
On the Published Report List page:
Identify the instance you want to view.
Click the Comments icon on the toolbar.
A Show Comments window opens, displaying all comments you are authorized to view.
Opening Reports from Published Report List
To open and view a report in HTML Viewer:
Go to the Published Report List page.
Click the HTML Viewer icon next to the desired report.
You can add or view comments directly while viewing the report.
Deleting Comments
For security and audit reasons, Kyvos Reporting does not allow deletion of comments added to reports.
