Using Saved Chat Session as a Workbook

You can save your chat session in a new or existing workbook. After saving the chat session, you can resume your query from the Dialogs page or directly within the workbook.

To use your saved chat session as a workbook, perform the following steps.

1. In the Recent pane, right-click the chat session that you want to open in Kyvos Viewer.

2. Click Open Chat in Viewer. The chat session will open in Kyvos Viewer.

3. After opening chat session in Kyvos Viewer, you can do the following:

   • Click Actions menu (…) and you can add parameters, calculated measures, refresh the chat session, change the order of the workbook or refresh data.

   • Click Add to create a new worksheet, dashboard, or chat session. You can also search the required chat session using the Search bar.

   • Click Revert to undo the previous changes.

   • Create workbook shortcuts.

   • Click Save.

   • Delete a chat session.

   • Share link or grant access.
