Delivery via Email
To send a report through email, select the Email checkbox. The email configuration options appear.
Properties
Property | Description |

Report Format | Select the required report format (for example, PDF, XLSX, DOCX, CSV). |
Delivery Options | Configure format-specific delivery options. Examples: compress the file into a ZIP before attaching, ignore page breaks, or apply CSV/Excel-specific options. |
Send Report As | Select whether to send the report as a Link, Attachement, or Embedded. Note |
Save in | Select a category to store the scheduled report. You can also select Save in user’s working folder. |
File name | Specify the name of the report file. |
Suffix timestamp | Append a timestamp to the file name for uniqueness. |
To | Enter one or more recipient email addresses. |
CC | Enter additional recipients to receive a carbon copy of the report. |
BCC | Enter recipients to receive a blind copy of the report. |
Subject | Specify the subject line of the email. |
Suffix timestamp in subject | Append a timestamp to the subject line. |
Message | Enter the body content of the email. |
Notes
Quick Scheduling supports a request-level parameter for Email From Address (under Administration > Configure > Server). This value appears as the sender address in scheduled delivery emails.
