Notes
You can specify multiple delivery options for a single job. For example, you can select both Email and Publish.
Select the Skip Delivery on No Data checkbox to prevent delivery of the report when it does not return any data. This option helps avoid sending empty reports through email, FTP upload, shared folder, or publishing channels.
You can password protect report files in the following formats: XLSX, DOCX, PPTX, PDF. The password protection checkbox is available under Report Formats > Delivery Options.
To enable password protection, a report designer must first set a password. For details, see System Administration > Creating Password to Protect Files.
The password protection feature is supported in Ad hoc and Standard/Studio report types.
