Personalizing Preferences

You can configure your user-specific preferences for password, connections, portal behavior, and notifications from the Preferences page.

Opening the Preferences Page

To open the Preferences page:

  1. Click Navigate > Personalization > Preferences.

  2. The Preferences screen appears.

Available Options

On the Preferences page, you can configure the following settings:

Set Default Connection

Specify the default database connection to be used when running reports. This ensures consistent data access across reports.

Set Portal Preferences

Customize your portal behavior, such as landing page, default folders, or time zone preferences.

Set Notification Channel Preferences

Choose your preferred channels (such as email) to receive notifications for features like:

  • Report scheduling alerts

  • Approval process updates

  • Data refresh notifications

Note

Ensure your email address is configured if you choose email as a notification channel.
