Before you start using Kyvos Dialogs

Kyvos Dialogs currently operates exclusively with the Large Language Model (LLM) services offered by OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and AWS Bedrock.

To use Kyvos Dialogs, you need a valid license file. Please refer to your license agreement or contact your Kyvos representative for specific details about your plan or rates.
Once you obtain the license from your Kyvos representative, you must upload it to the Kyvos License page through Kyvos Manager.

To create a GenAI connection, enable Kyvos Dialogs on the Gen AI Configuration page in Kyvos Manager.
To integrate Kyvos with host applications for Conversational Analytics, configure the User Interface (UI) elements for chat sessions from Kyvos Manager.
