Exporting Chat Sessions as PDF

You can now export chat sessions as PDF files. Kyvos offers flexibility, allowing you to export specific parts of a chat session, such as summaries, card information, or only the conversations that have been answered.

To export a chat session as a PDF, perform the following steps.

  1. Click the actions menu () > Export as PDF, located at the right of the page. The Export as PDF dialog is displayed.

  2. Select the following checkboxes as needed:

    • Include Key Insights: Select this checkbox to export only key insights.

    • Include Conversation Information: Select this checkbox to export only conversation card information.

    • Include Only Pinned Conversations: Select this checkbox to export only pinned conversations.

    • Include Only Answered Conversations: Select this checkbox to export only answered conversations.

    • Include Conversation Summary: Select this checkbox to export only the conversation summary.

Note

If you do not select the Include Only Answered Conversations checkbox, all errors and unanswered will be included in the report.

Similarly, to export the full pinboard, click the Pinboard toggle button, and then click the actions menu (…) > Export, located at the right of the page. The PDF will be exported containing details of the full pinboard.
