Running Adhoc Reports

To run an ad hoc report,
On the Kyvos Reporting home screen, select Explorer.
In Object Type, select Report. The list of reports appears.
Right-click an ad hoc report and select Run Report.
The Run Ad Hoc Report screen opens with the Data Source tab selected by default.
Data Source Tab
When you open the Run Ad Hoc Report screen, the Data Source tab is selected by default. Configure the following options:

Report Format | Selects the output format of the report, such as HTML, Raw Text, PDF, and others. |
View Options | Specifies view settings that are specific to the selected report format. |
Template | Selects a template to apply to the report. |

Filter Tab
Select the Filter tab.
Configure the following options:
Property | Description |

Max Rows | Specifies the maximum number of records to fetch from the database. This value also appears by default in the Input Parameter Form at run time and can be changed if required. |
Suppress Duplicates | Returns only a single record when multiple records have duplicate values. |
Open | Inserts an opening brace to group filter conditions for applying AND/OR logic. |
Field | Selects the field name from the drop-down list for filtering. |
Criteria | Selects the operator to use in the filter (for example, =, >, <). |
Use Field | Indicates that field values should be used for comparison. |
Value | Specifies the value for the filter criteria. The available list depends on the field configuration in the meta layer. |
Close | Inserts a closing brace to group filter conditions for applying AND/OR logic. |
Relation | Selects the logical operator (AND/OR) to connect filter conditions. |
Click Run Now to generate the report.
Click Preview to view a sample report.
