Report Name

Displays the selected report for the job. You can also choose a different report from the folder.

Name

Specify a unique name for the job. By default, Kyvos Reporting assigns a name in the format: Job type_report name_for_User. Example: Monthly_All Country Sales_for_Admin.

Note
Once you modify the name, the system will not update it automatically.

Delete on Completion

If selected, the job is deleted after execution:

  • For Run Now and Once, the job is deleted immediately after execution.

  • For Recurring, the job is deleted if no future executions are scheduled.

Once

Runs the report only once at the specified date and time.

Time Zone

Select the time zone in which the schedule should run. For example, if you select GMT, the job runs at the specified time according to GMT. If no time zone is selected, the server’s time zone is used.

Recurring

Runs the report more than once, based on recurrence settings. Selecting this option enables additional scheduling details.
