Supported AWS Configurations on Kyvos 2025.8.x
The following AWS configurations are supported for Kyvos 2025.8.x release:

Supported instance types
BI Server: m6i, r6i, and for Graviton: m6g (recommended m6i)
Query Engines: r5, r6i, and M6i, for Graviton: r6g (recommended m6i)
Kyvos Manager: m5 and m6i, for Graviton: m6g (recommended m6i)
EMR Cluster: r5, for Graviton: r6g
Kubernetes and Dedicated Compute: m6i.4xlarge (recommended 16 cores and 64 GB memory)
The disk size for each node must be 250GB.
Important
Starting with Kyvos 2025.7, all Kyvos deployments on AWS—both Kyvos AWS Enterprise and SaaS—will use Amazon EC2 M6i series instances as the default instance type.
For fresh deployment on cloud with Kyvos Native (Kubernetes, Shared Query Engines, or Dedicated Compute), the JRE 17.0.12" 2024-07-16 LTS version is used.
The supported Kubernetes version is 1.32
From Kyvos 2024.12 onwards, the Amazon Linux 2023 Operating System is supported for Kyvos Enterprise and AWS Managed Services.
From Kyvos 2024.3.x onwards, the Postgres version is upgraded to 16.3 for both new deployments and upgrades. The Postgres version 13.11 is approaching its end of life on 13 November 2025.
