Kyvos End of Support (EOS) Policy
Kyvos follows a structured support lifecycle for each major release to ensure product quality, security, and performance.
Version Support Lifecycle
Each major release of Kyvos is eligible for technical support for up to three (3) years from its General Availability (GA) date.
After this period, the version is designated as End of Support (EOS).
Kyvos recommends customers to upgrade their clusters to the latest version of Kyvos well before EOS dates.
Post-EOS Support Policy
Technical support may still be provided to customers with active support agreements for general inquiries, access to documentation, and references to known issues.
However, any form of code changes like patches, security or compatibility fixes etc. are not available on EOS versions. Customers must upgrade to a supported version to receive full technical assistance.
