Viewing Schedules

Applies to: Kyvos Reporting


A report can have one or more schedules. When schedules exist, they are listed in the Schedule Job List screen.

The screen displays all jobs set for the report. Each job includes the following details:

  • Name: The name of the job.

  • Status:

    • Running: The job is currently active and its time span is not over.

    • Completed: The job has finished its scheduled execution.

    • Error: The job started but did not complete successfully.

    • Suspended: The job is marked as suspended.

  • Frequency: How often the schedule runs.

  • Last Run Time: The last time the report was executed.

  • Last Run Result:

    • Success: The report was generated successfully.

    • Error: The report could not be generated.

  • Next Run Time: The scheduled next execution time.

  • Action: Use the action icon to stop running instances of the job.

Note

Jobs configured to delete after execution are automatically removed from the list once completed.

Add or remove columns

You can customize the list view by adding or removing columns.

  1. Right-click the title bar to open the context menu.

  2. Select or clear the checkboxes for columns you want to display or hide.

  3. The list updates instantly.

  4. To close the menu, click anywhere on the title bar.

Sort the list

You can sort the list by any column for easier navigation.

  • Click a column title to sort in ascending order.

  • An arrow icon on the right side of the column header indicates the sort order.

  • Click the same column again to toggle between ascending and descending order.

  • Click another column title to sort by that column.
