Signing in the first time

This section details the steps required to sign in to the Kyvos application for the first time using the credentials provided by the administrator.

To sign in, perform the following steps:

Go to the URL you received via email from your Kyvos administrator. For example, www.kyvosinsights.com/login
Enter your username and password.
1. User name is Admin, which remains same for all environments.
2. Password is Admin for the first-time login in on-prem and Enterprise environment. For Marketplace, you will receive password over email.

You can change the password at any time. See Changing your password for more information.

Note

We recommend changing your password the first time you sign in, and regularly after that.
