Duplicating an object

Note

When you duplicate an object, the access rights of the original object will be automatically applied to the duplicated objects. This applies to all Kyvos entities, including datasets, relationships, semantic models, workbooks, worksheets, and dashboards.

Do one of the following to copy or duplicate an object:

Right-click the object name from the list and click Duplicate. You may be prompted to enter a new name.
Click Copy To, choose a folder, then click Copy.
When viewing an object, choose Save As.

Depending on the object type, it may have copy 1 added at the end of the name.

Note

You may want to rename the resulting object.
