SECRET_EXPIRY_TIME

Description:

The property is used to configure expiry date for secret keys.

Default value:

30 (in days)

  • This is the default value for the next 30 days starting from the current date.

  • To reset the expiry date for secret keys, first set the value to 0. After resetting the value to 0, enter the required value to set a new expiry date.

Comes into effect:

This is a hot deployed property. The administrator can change its value, which will be applied after executing the purge thread. No Analytical Server restart is required.

NOTE:

If you need to change the expiry date of the secret keys immediately, for instance, in a security breach situation. In that case, you must change the property’s value to 0 and restart the Analytical Server . The restart of the Analytical Server will reset the value, enter the required number as expiry days, and then restart the Analytical Server for the changes to take effect.
