Setting Notification Channel Preferences

Notification channels define the mediums through which you receive alerts and notifications in Kyvos Reporting. This section appears on the Preferences page only if at least one notification channel has been configured.

To learn how to configure notification channels, refer to Configuring Notification Channels.

You can specify the email ID or channel ID for each configured channel and select the types of notifications you want to receive.

Open Notification Channel Preferences

Go to Navigate > Personalization > Preferences > Notification Channels.

Configure Notifications

For each available channel, you can:

  • Enter the relevant Email ID or Channel ID.

  • Select the types of alerts you want to receive:

    • Business Alerts: Notifications for critical business events such as memory threshold breaches or license expiry.

    • Background Report Completion: Notifications when a report has finished executing in the background.

    • Approval Process Alerts: Notifications for reports pending approval.

Click Save to apply your preferences.
