Multiselect
Applies to: Kyvos Reporting
You can allow users to select multiple values for a single parameter. For example, users may choose multiple countries in a Country Name parameter.
Enabling Multi-Select
To enable multi-selection for a parameter:
Go to the Multi Select tab.
Select the Multi Select checkbox to allow users to specify multiple values.

Selecting Default Values
You can define default values for multi-select parameters. These values appear pre-selected on the Input Parameter Form (IPF) at runtime.
Under the Select Default Values section, choose from the following options:
Selected: Manually select one or more default values from the list.
All: All available values will be selected by default.
None: No values will be selected by default.
Example Use Case
You want to create a multi-select parameter to allow users to select Salespersons from a list.
Enable Multi Select.
Configure Dropdown Source or Option Source to populate the list.
Set a maximum number of selectable values if needed.
Choose how default selections should behave.

You can directly edit and save the parameter configuration by clicking the Settings button next to the parameter.
