Pre-Defined
Applies to: Kyvos Reporting
This applies when the parameter’s input type is set to Dropdown or Option. You can populate values either by entering them manually or uploading them from a file.
To set predefined values
Under Source, select Pre-Defined.
In the Display Name field, enter the text to be shown on the Input Parameter Form (IPF).
In the Value field, enter the value that should be used as the filter input.
Click the Add button to add multiple values to the list.
To upload predefined values from an existing file, click the Upload button. You can configure additional options such as:
Enclosed By: Character used to enclose each value (default is
').Separator: Character used to separate values (default is
,).
Additional actions on the parameter list
Action | Description |

Edit | Select an item, modify its display or value, and click the Edit button to apply changes. |
Delete | Select a value and click the Delete button to remove it. Use the Delete All button to clear the entire list. |
Reorder | To reorder values, use the Up Arrow or Down Arrow buttons after selecting a value. |
These actions help you organize and refine the parameter value list that will appear at runtime on the IPF.
