Field Settings
Applies to: Kyvos Reporting
Use the Field Settings tab to control how data sources and fields are displayed and managed in Ad hoc Report Wizard. These settings define data source visibility, field arrangement options, and field-level customization to enhance report design and usability.

Display Data Source Drop Down Box | Controls visibility and behavior of the data source selector: FALSE: Hides the data source dropdown. Users cannot view or select a data source. Show Source: Displays the data source name as text but does not allow selection. TRUE: Displays the data source dropdown on Ad hoc Report Wizard, allowing users to select a data source. |
Display-Fields Sequencing Option | Enables field sequencing on the Data Source tab of Ad hoc Report Wizard. Users can define the order of fields for report layout. The top-most field is placed at the extreme left. This option is available only when Display-Fields Selection From is set to Checkbox. |
Show Custom Width Option | Enables column width customization. This option is available only when Display-Fields Selection From is set to Dual List. When selected, an input box is provided on Ad hoc Report Wizard to specify the width of the column in the report. |
