Filters Settings
Applies to: Kyvos Reporting
Use the Filter Settings tab to control the availability, behavior, and configuration of filters in Ad hoc Report Wizard and Smart View. These settings define how filters are presented, how many filters are available by default, and how users interact with filter conditions and parameters at runtime.

Show Filters | Controls the visibility of the Filters tab. When selected, the Filters tab is displayed on Ad hoc Report Wizard or Smart View. |
Initial Number of Filters | Specifies the number of filter rows displayed by default when Ad hoc Report Wizard or Smart View is opened. |
Show Max Rows Option | Displays an option to define the maximum number of rows to be included in the report output. |
Show Run-Time Prompt Checkbox | Displays run-time prompt checkboxes. When selected, users are prompted to enter values during report execution. Ensure that Show User Parameters is also enabled when using this option. |
Show Option to Set Advanced Filters | Enables advanced filtering capabilities using multiple conditions combined with AND/OR operators in the Ad hoc filter section. |
Show User Parameters | Displays a User Parameters dropdown on Ad hoc Report Wizard or Smart View. When filters depend on parameters, the system attempts to use default values. If run-time prompt is enabled, users are prompted to enter parameter values during execution. |
Show Suppress Duplicates Checkbox | Displays the Suppress Duplicates option. When enabled, users can choose to return either all records that match the filter criteria or only unique records. |
