Embedding an Existing Report as Sub-Report

You can embed a pre-designed report as a sub-report within a main report or another sub-report. This allows you to reuse existing report layouts and maintain consistency across multiple reports.
To embed a sub-report:
Insert a sub-report holder in the main report or an existing sub-report.
Right-click the sub-report frame and select Edit Sub Report.
The Create a Sub-Report from dialog box appears.
Select the Existing Report option.
Click Browse to locate the pre-designed report from your local file system.
Navigate to the folder where your sub-reports are saved.
Select the desired sub-report file and click Open.
The selected report is now embedded into the sub-report frame of your main report.
Note
To embed a sub-report that has already been deployed to the server, first download the report to your local system. Then follow the above steps to embed it in the main report.
