Using an existing semantic model

To start your conversational analytics with Kyvos Dialogs, you can use an existing semantic model, which can be modified at any time during the process.

  1. Select an existing semantic model to continue analysis. You can also change the semantic model at any time.

    The predefined questions related to the selected semantic models are displayed.

Note

The predefined questions are displayed only when the key elements are defined in Conversational Analytics Metadata.

  1. Clicking on these questions instantly generates the answers, further streamlining your analysis.

Tip

For quick assistance with using Kyvos Dialogs, a set of tips is displayed. Click the tips icon ( ) and read the instructions.

  1. Alternatively, to add a query manually, enter your query in the input box and click the Submit Query button ().

Note

You can execute commands, such as questions about the semantic model or other topics excluding business-related questions.

  1. To modify your input visualization according to your business requirement, use the additional options.

  2. To save your chat session click Save. The chat will be saved in the default folder created with the email ID you used to log in to Kyvos Dialogs app.

  3. To change the name of the chat session or create copy of the chat session, click the Save as option to save the chat. The Save dialog box is displayed.

  4. Click Add Workbook. To do this, click Add Folder. A new folder will be created.

  5. Add a unique name in the Workbook Name text box and click Add. The workbook will be added to the folder. After saving the workbook, the chat session will display in the Recent pane.
