Highlighting
Applies to: Kyvos Reporting
Highlighting draws visual attention to specific records or groups within an ad hoc report. Highlights are based on one or more conditions and are applied only when those conditions are met. You can define multiple highlights per report. If a record meets multiple highlight conditions, combined styles are applied.
You may also configure alerts—with or without a highlight. Alerts appear as an icon on the report toolbar and display a record count summary of the specified condition(s). Users can subscribe to alerts for saved reports through the Notifications screen.
Highlighting can be applied at:
Detail level – Individual record rows
Group level – Group summary rows (if grouping is applied)
Report level – Overall aggregates
