Report Options

Select and View Reports
To act on a report, right-click the report and choose from the available options.
Report Actions
Action | Description |

Quick Run with default options | Runs the report using predefined attributes (such as output format and database) set during deployment. If the report has parameters, the Input Parameter Form appears to capture values. |
Run in Background | Executes the report in the background when it is expected to take longer or when you want to continue working on other tasks. The report is generated in the default output format. If parameters exist, the Input Parameter Form opens. Execution status is shown in the Report Execution screen. |
Run Report | Runs the report by letting you specify format and template preferences. Note |
List Published Outputs | Displays a list of previously published outputs of the report, including publisher, time, and expiry. From this screen, you can view report output and user comments. |
Schedule | Opens the Schedule Job screen to create a schedule for automatic execution. If a schedule already exists, you can modify it. |
Copy Report | Creates a copy of the selected report in another category. The default name format is Copy_0_of_ReportName. If a report with the same name exists in the destination category, an error appears. |
Copy Selection to Clipboard | Copies details of the selected report for pasting elsewhere. |
Copy Report as Link | Creates a link to the selected report in another category. |
Cut Report | Moves the report from its current category to another category. |
Properties | Opens the report properties such as Name, ID, Deployment Type, and Design Mode. You can also add Custom Properties in key-value or text formats (for example, task IDs) for use during or after execution. |
Advanced Properties | Opens advanced settings such as Audit Log, Run Priority, Database Connection Timeout, and Data Source Fetch Size. |
Access Rights | Lets you view or change user access rights for the report. |
Download Report | Downloads the report locally. |
View Description | Displays the report description. |
Add to Favorites | Adds the report to Favorites Navigation for quick access. |
Delete Report | Deletes the report (available only if configured). |
