From this page, you can:

  • View the report in a selected output format.

  • Print the report locally or on a server printer.

  • Email, publish, or upload the report.

Data Caching

When a report runs, Kyvos Reporting can cache its data. If the same report runs again with the same parameters, cached data can be reused, which improves performance.

  • Refresh Data checkbox appears if caching is enabled.

    • Clear the checkbox to use cached data.

    • Select the checkbox to fetch fresh data from the database.

Database Connection

By default, reports connect to the default database. You can choose a different connection from the Connection drop-down list under Connect To.

Note

  • If the selected connection requires credentials, enter the user name and password, and then select Test.

  • If the connection is successful, a Connection Test Succeeded message appears.
