Charts Settings

The following table describes the properties available on the Charts tab page in Ad hoc Report Wizard/ Smart View.

Show Charts | Select this checkbox on the tab header to make the Charts tab visible in Ad hoc Report Wizard/ Smart View. |
Show Options to Set Chart Position | When selected, displays an option in Ad hoc Report Wizard/ Smart View that allows users to define the position of the chart within the report. |
Default Position of Chart | Specifies the default position of the chart. Select the required position from the dropdown list. |
Allow chart type on individual series | When selected, enables a button in Ad hoc Report Wizard/ Smart View that allows users to define chart types individually for each data series. |
Show Options to Set Chart Level | When selected, displays an option to define the level at which the chart is plotted in the report. |
Default Chart Level | Specifies the default level at which the chart is plotted. Select the required level from the dropdown list. |
Default Chart Type | Specifies the default chart type to be used for chart creation. Select the required chart type from the dropdown list. |
Show Options to Set Top(N) | When selected, enables the Top(N) option in Ad hoc Report Wizard/ Smart View. This allows users to limit the number of data points displayed in the chart based on Highest N or Lowest N values. |
Allow Multiple Charts | Enables users to create multiple charts within an Ad hoc Report. This option is selected by default. |
Chart Types | Specifies the chart types that are available for selection in Ad hoc Report Wizard/ Smart View. Select the chart types to be exposed to users. |
