Selecting Display Fields
Applies to: Kyvos Reporting
Use the Fields tab to select and manage the fields to be displayed in your ad hoc report.
Selecting Fields
Choose the fields to display by selecting the checkboxes next to each field under Available Fields, then click the arrow button![>] to move them to Selected Fields.
To select all fields, click the double-arrow button![>>].
To select an entire group, select the checkbox for the group name and click the arrow button.
To remove a field or group from Selected Fields, highlight it and click the arrow button pointing left![<].
To remove all fields, click the double-arrow button![<<].
Reordering Fields
To rearrange the display order of fields:
Use the up ![↑] and down ![↓] arrows to move fields within the Selected Fields list.
After selecting and ordering fields, click Apply to confirm your changes.
Searching Fields
To locate a field quickly:
Enter any part of the field name in the Search box. Matching field(s) will be highlighted in the list.
Display Field Properties
Use the following options to customize how individual fields appear in the report:
Property | Description |

Width | Specify the width (in characters) to control the display width of the field in the report. If the content exceeds the width, it will wrap. |
Render As | Controls the rendering format for numeric fields:

DataBar Base | Sets the reference value for rendering data bars. Available options:

Note
The Render As and DataBar Base options apply only to numeric fields.
Additional Notes
If the selected query object is configured with Update Fields At Runtime, and new fields are added to the underlying data source, you can view them by enabling Add New Fields at Runtime on this tab.
If a field has a hyperlink defined at the query object level, clicking its value in the grid opens a linked report or URL (drill-through).
