Working with Columns

Applies to: Kyvos Reporting

You can perform various column-level operations in the HTML Power Viewer to customize your report layout and presentation. These include showing or hiding columns, repositioning them, resizing their width, and changing text alignment.

Hide or Show a Column

To hide a column

You can hide any visible column from the report view.

Steps:

  1. Right-click the column header you want to hide. A context menu appears.

  2. Click Hide.

  3. Click Apply on the Actionboard.

The report refreshes without the selected column.

To show a column

You can add any field that is part of the dataset but not currently displayed on the report.

Steps:

  1. Right-click anywhere on the report (except the column headers).

  2. Hover over the Show option. A submenu appears with a list of hidden fields.

  3. Click the field name to add it.

  4. Click Apply on the Actionboard.

The field will be added as the right-most column.

If you right-click on a column header to add a field, it will be inserted to the left of that column.
