When you right-click an entity in Explorer, the context menu displays options relevant to the entity type and your access rights.

Example: Query Object (Designer/Administrator Access)

When you right-click a Query Object, the following options are typically available:

• Modify – Open the query for editing.

• Create:

  • Ad hoc Report

  • Studio Report

• Run – Execute the query to preview data.

• Schedule – Set up scheduled execution and delivery.

• Cut / Copy / Delete

• Advanced Properties – View and configure advanced query settings.

• Add to Favorites – Mark the entity as a favorite for quick access.
