Verify SQL

Checks the SQL syntax and refreshes the list of available fields. If you switch to another tab and return, only the selected fields will remain listed unless refreshed.

Field Properties

Opens the Field Properties dialog box to view or edit field-level settings.

The Selection Window shows the layout of the crosstab. To define data areas:

  1. In the Selection Window, choose a target area:

    • Column Header

    • Row Header

    • Summary Field

  2. From Available Fields, check the columns you want to place in the selected section.
