Recovering from external repo backup failure

This section explains how to recover from an external repository backup failure during the Kyvos upgrade process.

If upgrade fails due to Kyvos external repository backup, in this case, Kyvos services will not start. Returning to the Kyvos Manager will display the following message.

Open

1. In the Locate Data Dump section, upload the data dump file (tar or plain dump file) or provide the dump file path that is stored in storage account to continue using Kyvos Manager. 

2. Click Continue. This will save the details in Kyvos Manager. This will help you to roll back to the Kyvos previous version.
