How Dialogs Bot works with Microsoft Teams
When you send a message in Microsoft Teams:
Single Sign-On (SSO) is achieved by obtaining an access token for the signed-in Teams user. For detailed information on the SSO flow, refer to the official Microsoft documentation.
The Azure Bot resource authenticates the request and routes the message to the Kyvos bot endpoint.
The Dialogs Bot, hosted in parallel to a Kyvos Server, must be accessible from the Microsoft Teams application over HTTPS.
The Dialogs bot processes the request and retrieves key insights from the configured Kyvos Server.
The generated key insights are then returned directly to the user in Microsoft Teams.
