Exporting the data in CSV format

When the result set exceeds ten records, an option appears to download the data as a CSV file. The CSV file is archived in a ZIP file and remains available for download for seven days.

To export the complete data in CSV format, perform the following steps.

1. Click Download CSV. The download begins automatically.

2. By default, the file is saved using the <User Name_Date_User IDZ.zip> naming convention. You may rename the file as required before saving it to your local system. For example, johndoe_2026-03-18_111526912Z.zip
