Before you begin with Kyvos Dialogs for Enterprise: Web and Desktop
The following information is applicable to the Web and Desktop offerings.
Step 1: You need a valid license file. Please refer to your license agreement or contact your Kyvos representative for specific details about your plan or rates. Once you obtain the license from your Kyvos representative, you must upload it to the Kyvos License page through Kyvos Manager.
Step 2: Kyvos Dialogs currently operates exclusively with the Large Language Model (LLM) services offered by OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, and VertexAI. You need to create a GenAI connection so that Kyvos can communicate with LLM.
Step 3: To integrate Kyvos with host applications for Conversational Analytics, configure the User Interface (UI) elements for chat sessions from Kyvos Manager.
Step 4: To enable Kyvos Dialogs to function effectively on your semantic models, ensure that you provide the necessary metadata—such as key elements, tags, and descriptions for attributes, levels, and measures—and then resave the semantic models.
