Starting Conversational Analytics with Kyvos Dialogs: Web and Desktop
This section describes how to begin conversational analytics using Kyvos Dialogs. It explains the available interaction options (such as AI Space, semantic models, or other data sources) and outlines how to navigate to the Kyvos Dialogs interface to start querying and exploring data using natural-language conversations.
Important
The user interaction for Kyvos Dialogs is the same in both Web and Desktop interfaces. For demonstration purposes, the Web-based user interface is used to illustrate the functionality of Kyvos Dialogs.
You can start your conversational analytics with Kyvos Dialogs with one of the following:
Now, it's time to navigate to your Kyvos Dialogs.
Quick access to Kyvos Dialogs
For Web
On the Home page, click Start Data Analysis Journey.
Alternatively, in the toolbar menu, click Dialogs.
The Dialogs page is displayed.
You can now start conversational analytics using single semantic model, by using AI Space, any other source, or with Excel or CSV file.
For Desktop
Double click the Kyvos Dialogs desktop icon.
Enter your Kyvos account details on the sign page. Click Sign in and the Kyvos Dialogs open in desktop mode.
