Opening Chat History
This section explains how to view and access previous chat history in Kyvos Dialogs, allowing users to revisit, search, and reuse past conversational analytics interactions for reference or continuity.
Important
The user interaction for Kyvos Dialogs is the same in both the Web and Desktop interfaces. However, the screenshots for the Kyvos Dialogs Desktop and Web applications may differ. For demonstration purposes, the Web-based user interface is used to illustrate the functionality of Kyvos Dialogs.
The Kyvos Dialogs provides a flexible communication platform. You can start a new chat session or continue an existing one. Your chat history is saved, allowing you to revisit previous queries and use it.
Note
After saving the chat, it is displayed in the Recent pane section. You can access the chat at any time and use it as needed. To view a specific chat session, click the Open Chat option.
To open and use the chat history, perform the following steps.
On the Kyvos Dialogs page, in the Recent pane, click the chat session you want to view.
Click Open Chat, the Open Chat Session dialog box is displayed.
Select the folder, click to expand the folder, and navigate to the Chat session you want to open.
Click Apply. The chat will be opened. You can review the details of the previous chat and use them again as needed.
To view chat history, perform the following steps:
To view an individual chat history, click Show Chat history. The list of your chats will be displayed without data. To view chat data with the latest data, click the Click the here to show the result with the latest data link.
To view all chats, click Load All Chat All History. This will load all chats with data and visualizations.
Additional actions
You can also perform the following operations:
Rename: To rename the chat session.
Duplicate: To make a copy of an existing chat session.
Copy to: To copy the chat session to any existing workbook.
Delete: To delete the chat session permanently.
Open chat in New Window (applies to Web-based Kyvos Dialogs): To open the chat session in new window.
