Chat Settings

This section describes how to configure and personalize chat settings in Kyvos Dialogs, including options for managing preferences, conversation behavior, and interaction controls to optimize the user’s conversational analytics experience.

Important

The user interaction for Kyvos Dialogs is the same in both the Web and Desktop interfaces. However, the screenshots for the Kyvos Dialogs Desktop and Web applications may differ. For demonstration purposes, the Web-based user interface is used to illustrate the functionality of Kyvos Dialogs.

You can configure the display options and layout of your visualizations and key insights from chat sessions.

  • Visualizations and key insights can be expanded, collapsed, or hidden.

  • Both Visualizations and key insights cannot be hidden for chat sessions.

To set the chat settings, perform the following steps.

  1. Click the Actions menu (…) located at the left of the page and click Chat Settings. The Chat Settings dialog is displayed.

  2. Select the required option from the list for Visualization and Key Insights.

  3. Drag the button up or down to arrange the visualization and key insights. The same settings apply to your chat conversation. You can also expand or collapse the visualization and key insights during queries.
