Combo Charts

Combo Charts

Combo charts combine multiple chart types in a single visualization, such as bars and lines or areas and symbols. They enable different visual encodings for different measures, optimizing information display. Combo charts are created using dual axes or multiple mark types. They're ideal for showing comparisons, trends, and relationships simultaneously.

To create combo charts, perform the following steps.

  1. Using Kyvos OrderDate, drag "Sub-Category" to Columns.

  2. Drag Sum Sales to Rows.

  3. Drag Sum Profit to Rows.

  4. Right-click the second measure > Dual Axis.
